Announcements will be posted here, and subscribers will receive an email alerting them to the new post.  Comments and discussions can take place inline on this page.  Those that prefer to use an RSS feed to receive alerts to new content (and not receive email updates) can use their RSS feed reader/aggregator of choice instead of receiving email updates.
